Several members of a grooming gang from Rochdale will have their British citizenship removed after a judge called their disturbing attacks “serious organised crime”.
When Theresa May was Home Secretary three years ago, she thought Abdul Aziz, 47, Adil Khan, 48, and Abdul Rauf, 48, all deserved to lose their citizenship on the grounds they also had Pakistani passports.
Before they were thrown in jail for their heinous crimes all three of them worked or posed as taxi drivers, one of them called Rauf was posing as a Islamic preacher. They were jailed in 2012, and on Wednesday they finally lost their appeal.
Every single one of them was found guilty of conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with children under the age of 16 and trafficking for sexual exploitation at trial.
Whilst the trial was in full swing, they cried for their “human rights” claiming they would violated as they father children in the UK.
But, the top judges at the Court of Appeal have sided with the Home Office’s previous analysis that their citizenship would be “conducive to the public good.” according to the Manchester Evening News.
In response to Theresa May wanting to deport the trio, Lord Justice Sales blasted that; “they were motivated by lust and greed” and the decision was “reasonably open to her.”
Back in 2012 when they were jailed, the judge at Liverpool Crown Court claimed the victims were; “raped callously, viciously, and violently”.
The Rochdale grooming rape gang were brutal in their pursuit of young girls some as young 13, giving them alcohol and drugs to coax them into sexual acts. We can all toast to three of these animals having their British citizenship removed.
