Tommy Robinson has been campaigning in the North West constituency of England, holding political rallies in mainly working-class estates. He has had milkshake thrown over him and has been continually harassed whilst canvassing support for his bid to become an MEP.
Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (Tommy Robinson) decided to hold a rally in Oldham, a town in Greater Manchester. The ‘Muslim Defence League’ came in a violent protest in opposition to Tommy Robinson’s rally and Jessica Swietoniowski (Rebel Media Journalist) reported that the radical Islamic protestors: “They started with throwing eggs, and going into the bins, and going into the trash cans, picking up bottles and throwing it to the sides.”
“The protestors came, probably around a hundred of them they started on one side, police did block them, and they actually came around the street to another corner all running towards to the rally throwing eggs, throwing bottles they were finding in bins lying around the houses. I even saw them throwing bricks at Tommy Robinson’s crowd.”
Tommy Robinson has been campaigning all over the North West of England, mainly focusing on traditional working-class areas that he feels have been betrayed by Labour. Whether you love or loathe Mr Robinson, he has every right to campaign in a national election.
The mainstream media (BBC, Sky News, Channel 4 and the rest) have avoided giving any publicity to Tommy Robinson’s campaign to become an Independent MP for the North West. The Rebel Media have been following Tommy’s campaign and filmed the riot in Oldham.
Tommy Robinson is renowned for his viral online videos, being the founder of the English Defence League (EDL), opposing the Islamization of the United Kingdom, calling out Islamic terrorism, exposing Islamic rape gangs and exposing the literalist interpretation of Quranic scripture.
The Greater Manchester Police must take action against individuals who riot against a candidate legally permitted to campaign in an election.
