Ukraine has decided to ban Russian men from entering their sovereign territory, because they believe Russia is planning an invasion.

Petro Poroshenko the Ukrainian president claimed that the ban was simply to deter the possibility of Russian men creating  “private armies” in Ukraine.

Ukraine has completely banned any Russian men between the ages of 16 to 60 from entering the nation.

The Russian state has been aiding ethnic Russian separatists by supplying them with weapons and troops.

The Ukrainian president, Petro Poroshenko also insisted that he has evidence of a mass of tanks appearing on the border sent from Moscow.

Russia’s recent aggressive behaviour has led to the US president, Donald J. Trump to cancel a meeting with the Russian president, Vladamir Putin at a summit in Argentina where world leaders are set to meet.

Donald Trump claimed it would not be appropriate because Russia was still detaining the 24 crew members that Russia has detained.

Russia and Ukraine has a long and bloody history of being at each other’s throats, but relations between the two countries is undoubtedly at an almost irreconcilable stage.
