The arguably flamboyant and courageous UKIP peer, Lord Pearson of Rannoch has claimed he will seek private prosecution if independent journalist, Tommy Robinson is killed or injured whilst serving his sentence.
The news unfolded on the Twitter feed of UKIP leader, Gerard Batten who attended and spoke at the event calling for the release of Tommy Robinson. Lord Pearson was interviewed by Tommy Robinson himself in the chamber of the House of Lords a few months ago after the UKIP peer raised his concerns around Islam in the house.
The UKIP peer has received considerable criticism since he once again invited Tommy back into the House of Lords. Lord Pearson has revealed he has tremendous bravery and loyalty by standing by Tommy in his hour of need.
